How to get Police Clearance Certificate from Riyadh-Saudi Arabia

If you worked in Saudi Arabia and want to go back your home country then you should collect your Police Clearance Certificate(PCC).It is not necessary if you will stay in your home country but if your plan to go the USA, Canada, Australia or Europe countries for job purpose then you should collect PCC from Police Department. You can not get it if you will go directly to the police station and claim it.To obtain it you have to go through proper process. If you go to the police station at Deera (if you are in Riyadh) then you can see the Require document to claim for a criminal record Certificate .to get it,  you have to go through three simple step or three Depts. I will explain one by one with required fees.
1-Letter of Endorsement from Embassy: First of all you have to apply for a letter of endorsement from your Embassy. as I am an Indian so I went to Indian Embassy. In Riyadh Indian Embassy has two other sub offices for Passport, Visa and Attestation purposes at  Umm Al Hammam and Batha
( http://www.indianembassy.org.sa/consular/visa/centers-for-submitting-passport-visa-application).So don't go to main Riyadh embassy at diplomat region. If you go there they will send you back to batha or Umm Al Hammam office like me.
so It is better to go directly to batha or Umm Al Hammam office.
I am suggesting you to batha office as most probably you have to collect it from bath office after 7 days even you applied it at Umm Al Hammam office. It happened to me.I applied it to Umm Al Hammam office but when went to collect it they told me to go to batha office and I went to batha office and collected it.
Anyway, take one copy of your passport and one copy of IQAMA with you.In the case of Umm Al Hammam, go to 1st floor and you will find reception in your left front corner.tell him that you want to apply for PCC then he will give you a form to fill up.simple form, fill it up and ask him for a token .after taking a token number wait for your turn in front of counter number 5,6 and 7.when your turn will come go to counter with filled up form along with xerox copy of passport and IQAMA.he will check it , and may be he want to check original .so if possible keep your passport with you.here you have to pay SAR116 and they will provide you proper receipt with mentioned delivery date.normally they will take one-week.thats all for this day.keep your receipt safely and go back home.then come back on that particular mentioned date to collect your Endorsement letter.

If you have to go to batha office then it is fishy to find the location.I didn't find it google map.So I am attaching location snap.it is on King Faisal Road, not on King Abdul Aziz Road as mentioned on their official website(India Passport and Visa  Application Centre(IPVAC), Shamshia Building,2nd Floor, Near SABB Bank, Opposite GMart, Abdulaziz Road, Shara Washam
Batha Centre, Riyadh).better you can find "VFS Global visa Services" which is on same building on google map.it is in Shamshia Building which is big commercial building, at 2nd floor.go by lift as it has a lot of floor with G+M.so if you want to go by stair will be in the puzzle.take the lift and press 2.you can find Indian embassy on your right hand on the END OF corridor.

2-Attestation from MOFA: After collecting the endorsement letter you have to do Attestation it from Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MOFA). It is on Al Washm Street. To do so you have to translate the endorsement letter in Arabic.then you can go to MOFA.but before that you have to PAY SAR30 online to MOFA BY SADAD OR ATM option as they had stopped cash payment.
although there is a lot of agent for payment in front of new MOFA Building.they will take SAR50.
after payment, go to MOFA.collect your token, tell him that you are here for attestation and wait for your turn.try to go at morning, around 7 AM then your turn will come quickly.when your turn will come give them the endorsement letter along with translation and payment paper or show them SMS you received on your mobile after successful payment.better to take print of your payment as they just scan the barcode.then they will stamp on endorsement letter and handed over to you instantly.end of part 2.

3-after attestation you have to go to Deera police station which is on "Ash Shaikh Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim" Street.you can find it on google map as "Deera police station" or "Finger Print Office".it is a one-way road .so you cannot take right from "Al Madinah Al Munawarah Road".you have to come from inside road to police station.they have opened a separate office only for PCC on the left side of the police station gate at out side.for women, you have to go to the inside of police station.Sometimes they have token system sometimes not.may be it depends on the crowd.go to counter and give them attested endorsement letter.if you have done your finger print before then they will not take your finger print .otherwise they will take your finger print and give you a receipt.they told me to come back after 2 days and collect the certificate.I went there after 4 days and I got my PCC.
